It seems I have a wealth of exciting things happening, not the least of which is the re-release of my novel DISEASE. For those of you that have been with me from the beginning of this journey, it’s seemed like a long time coming. I originally self-published back in October of 2014. Now, just over four years later (wow! has it really been that long??) I have a second edition ready to go through Stitched Smile Publications.

So what does a “second edition” really mean? Well, for one, it means it’s cleaner, god knows I can’t proof my own work. It also means that after four years of growth in my writing I was able to fine tune the little bits here and there I’d missed before. I’m lucky to have been supported through the second “editioning” of my book by my publisher and editors, but especially by my good friend and exceptional editor Lance Fling, who may have wanted to pull his hair out at times due to my inability to stop tweaking the story. Thankfully however, he survived with most of his hair, and I came out a winner in the whole deal with a shiny new version of DISEASE.

Along with a publisher and a second edition, DISEASE also gets a spiffy new cover, created by the talented Lisa Vasquez. She was able to bring my concept to life and now, because she has mad skills, we can behold the corrupted tree of life that grows from the pages of my book.

There is little better feeling than getting to share my writing and I’m throughly excited about my new cover, and DISEASE’s release, coming up March 9th, 2018! I hope you plug that into your calendar, I know I’m waiting with bated breath.
